i'Qortile Pizzeria & Cocktail bar – Authentic Florentine Pizza & Exceptional Service in Firenze

I recently visited i'Qortile Pizzeria & Cocktail Bar, and I was quite impressed! The ambiance of the place is lovely, creating a great atmosphere for a night out. One standout dish was the Pienza pecorino with chestnut; it was truly amazing and a delightful combination of flavors. The margherita pizza was one of the best I’ve ever had—perfectly baked with fresh ingredients and a deliciously tangy sauce. As for the ravioli, there was a small misunderstanding regarding our dietary restrictions. We don’t eat pork, and unfortunately, the dish included it. That was on us for not being clear upfront, but I must commend the staff for their quick response. They promptly offered to replace our order with a pork-free option, which was much appreciated. Thank you for the fantastic service and for respecting our culture! I’ll definitely be returning to enjoy more of your delicious offerings.

Was excited to try the pizza as I had read such great reviews! The service and food did not disappoint! We loved our dessert too!! Bringing friends on our last night in Florence so they too can have a great meal!! Grazie i’Qortile staff!

This restaurant is superb! The staff is super friendly and the ambiance is nice and not too noisy. Gregorio took great care of us and was super friendly. We had a nice chat and he gave us other local places to visit. For primo we tried the Caprese salad and the Pecorino de pienza. Both were fresh, tasted great, and very good portions. The cheese was a highlight in both! For secondo we tried the Margherita pizza and the Rosemary contre-fileto, cooked rare. The pizza was delicious and the tomato sauce reminded me of the way my nonna used to make it. The steak was cooked perfectly and well seasoned, a big portion. I also had a side of rapini and it was well done and cut so it was easy to eat. The garlic in the rapini was a great addition and really brings out the flavour. For dessert we tried the Tiramisu (made in-house) and was amazing. We also tried the vino santo with the biscotti. It was really good and would definitely come back for it again! Thank you so much to the restaurant team for a great evening. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We reserved for another evening with Gregorio and the team before we leave later in the week!

I almost rarely write reviews, but was compelled to after our outstanding dinner service tonight at i'Qortile. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and would strongly recommend the delicious tiramisu for dessert! But above all, the dining service provided by our server, Daniele, was exceptional and justified this review. He was tentative, polite and friendly, and would go as far as to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience. We will definitely be coming back, and would strongly rate this restaurant a 5 stars.

I forgot to take the picture of pasta and pizza bcus the food was tooo too good!!! It’s secretly tucked away under a hotel and I think their service and their food is like top notch! Do visit for some peaceful ambiance and great food and hosts!!

We stayed at the IQ Hotel Firenze while we were in Florence on vacation for 5 days. While there, we tried the bar, the dinner and the breakfast buffet. All were amazing, and the service was wonderful! I'd highly recommend the breakfast buffet if staying at the hotel. Lots of options for every appetite, and lovely coffee machines!

Absolutely PHENOMENAL FOOD AND SERVICE we were hunting around for a restaurant it was rainy and cold and we stumbled into this place as a part of a Hotel and they very kindly let us in. Honest to God the best food we have had in Florence so far. We have been to Italy several times and we were blown away. Perfect portions and amazing flavor. Please book at this hotel (we will next time) and please patron this establishment. You will not regret it !

Amazing service! Delicious food! The Margherita pizza and the contrifileto are perfection. If you like pecorino and honey the "Pecorino di Pienza" is a beautiful experience. For desert the homemade Tiramissu is heaven and the VIN SANTO DEL CHIANTI Doc E BISCOTTI DI PRATO “ANTONIO MATTEI” is a must!!! Gregorio was an amazing waiter he took great care of us and is very knowledgeable about the area and the food!
